Please go to your IDE, Help, Register, click on the plugin, and take a screenshot of the Licenses
dialog. It
should say you have an active license for one of the given plugins. I need to see the dialog showing the
expiration date and the license ID.
Otherwise, you can take a screenshot of the last invoice (in this case, blur sensitive information if needed) you received by email from JetBrains for a plugin, even if it has expired recently.
